Property Comparison

These two homes are identical in size, but they live a little different.

625 has a bedroom and bath in the rear of the first floor and a den that converts to a visually private sleeping space in the front of the first floor.  There is a private suite in the basement. The kitchen, living room and dining room are on the 2nd floor.   There is a bedroom on the third floor with a full bath there.
  • 625 has 3 queen beds and 1 queen futon in a secondary den that converts to a visually private sleeping area
  • 625 has two floor level sleeping pads stored in the basement
  • 625 living room furniture is not futons
  • 625 is often the first choice for 3 couples or folks who are happy with only 4 different queen beds/futons

627 has a kitchen, living room and dining room on the first floor. Fairly typical for row home design. It has a full bedroom suite in the basement. It has a large bedroom on the second floor with a queen bed and a queen futon and when that futon is out that room lives a little larger than most hotel rooms.  The large bathroom is on the rear of the second floor and there is a bedroom on the third floor with a half bath.
  • 627 has 3 queen beds in three bedrooms and 1 queen futon in the largest of those bedrooms
  • 627 has two queen futons in the living room   (625 does not, so this is a big difference)
  • 627 is often the first choice for groups who want more individual sleeping spots. Often times two families with lots of kids also prefer it as the kids can all be on the 2nd floor bedroom and in the living room, with the parents in the basement and on the third floor.
