Rental Application

Please provide the following: 
  1. Your full name
  2. Your phone number
  3. The City and State of your current primary residence
  4. Desired Start and End dates for a lease
  5. Current or Expected Place of Employment. If on contract, please provide start and end dates along with any possibilities for extensions
  6. A link to a Public Profile (linked In, professional bio, fb, or other)
  7. Please confirm your credit score is over 680.
  8. Have you worked in Baltimore before and/or do you know the city?
  9. Do you have a car or will you rent  one?  (Zipcars in neighborhood)  
  10. Do you have any pets traveling with and/or any pet allergies?
  11. Written Acknowledgement related to the Kitchen -  Something along the lines of...  "I understand the kitchen is a shared space, and I will try to leave it in a manner appropriate for others after each use."
  12. Please share anything else you feel is relevant that we may want to discuss.

There are currently two tenants in the home who enjoy it a great deal. One is a Photo Journalist on contract for a year with possibility of extension and the other is a Speech Therapist on contract for a year. You will be given the opportunity to speak with them directly as part of your decision process.

Lease Requirements

As part of all Leases I  require all items requested in the appliction plus:
  1. Drivers License image (front and back)
  2. Alternative mailing address if that on Driver's License is not the same w/ explanation of difference 
  3. Vehicle Registration (if applicable)
  4. Screenshot of Credit Score with 680+ (Credit Karma offers free accounts) 
  5. Proof of Employment​​
A generic copy of my Lease can be found here. -- 


Please review it. It will be customized for our agreement and is  typically 3 to 4 pages when complete. A pdf will be sent to you for signature and a scanned copy will need to be returned.

I cap occupancy at one person per bedroom/suite. If you look at my lease you'll see it has a very flexible clause for termination if a work contract is cancelled or other situations come up.

It helps me keep my businesses and your interests organized. Please start ALL rental inquiry dialogue with an email.   I receive email on my phone and it typically takes just a few hours to get a response back to you.  I will respond to every reasonable inquiry, even if I'm booked. Please do NOT text me except during your stay and even then, email is preferred, or unless you feel your email may not have gotten to me. 

** Mail - I live the majority of the year in California. I have local support for all types of support needs and I'm typically in Baltimore one to two times a year for maintenance and repairs.
