This home was a vacation rental from 2006 through Fall 2020 when it was converted into rental primarily for Contract Nurses or similarly situated with longer term stays. As those reviews come in I'll post a link to them or post them here. Below are reviews for this home when it was a vacation rental.

Starting in 2007 I entered the comments from my guest books on my website and then again on my vrbo / homeaway profiles. With the addition of 625 as a rental in late 2012 and an overall increase in business I've found it best to simply ask my guests to leave public comments directly on my vrbo / homeaway sites. I still have guests books in both homes and I really appreciate the personal notes, but those will no longer be posted for public view. What a great house! It is a row townhouse on the outside and a loft on the inside. Our Christmas stockings looked GREAT hanging with large bows on the catwalk. The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Thanks for a great week! (note: there was a comment about needing a larger hot water heater... there's a 66 gallon hot water heater in the home which is typically more than sufficient for a 3br home. Not sure if they timed showers during laundry or what, but have not gotten any other comments like that...)

We loved your house. The upscale, modern design was a real treat. Size and comfort were wonderful for our extended family.
Location was great. Walked to Inner Harbor, Train Museum and of course the ball game. Love sitting on deck listening to the game or sitting on front stoop watching people go by.

Love it here and hope to skip hotels in Baltimore from here on out. Gorgeous place, lovely neighborhood. We are from Boston and New Orleans and have had a memorable experience with Baltimore. Cats Eye Pub in Fells Point was our go-to after-work watering hole w/ great live music and excellent beer selection on tap. Corner Wine Bistro was delectable for dinner. Hope to stay here next fall!

What a great location! We did Baltimore and DC from here, and couldn't have asked for much more. We liked the pizza and fried Pickles at Pickles pub, and having a Pot Belly Subs nearby was a treat! We loved the view of Camden Yards from the upper deck at night....amazing! You really need a picture of that on your website.

What a great place to stay for seeing what Baltimore has to offer! We walked to everything when it wasn't too hot, and when it was we took the Circulator around town. Freakin great experience. We loved the rubber mulch in the back yard!

We loved the location and the architecture and the comfort of the house! Wonderfully comfy beds and so quiet! The neighborhood is so pretty and it has a few pubs we enjoyed a few times...
We made great use of the free 'circulator' buses and the $10 water taxi. Had a great meal at "One Eyed Mikes" in Fells Point on S. Bond St. Really enjoyed American Visionary Arts Museum too.
And of course, a Red Sox victory at Camden Yards! It just doesn't get much better! Another great mother daughter trip for the scrap book.

This is THE place to stay when visiting Baltimore. The house is beautiful and the location was to die for! We parked our car when we got there and didn't move it again until we left. Stayed here for a week as we were here to attend a relatives wedding. Loved the house...it had everything we needed and more. Great location too...we enjoyed visiting the Inner Harbor, recommend the water taxi for $10 all day to take you around to various areas. Fells Point is a lovely area with great pubs and restaurants. Visited Camden Yards on a 1.5 hour tour, great fun. Also very easy to get to Washington DC by train from Camden Yards...$7 one way and about an hour. Fabulous!

We spent the last 4 days here and had such a great time. Baltimore is a great city, we'll definitely be back. This house is amazing and was the perfect setting for our girls' weekend! We really enjoyed Federal Hill shops and bars. Also had an awesome brunch at Mezi in Fells Point. Cool atmosphere and great food. Loved going to the Oriole's/Red Sox game even though they lost. What a great house! It is a row townhouse on the outside and a loft on the inside. Our Christmas stockings looked GREAT hanging with large bows on the catwalk. The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Thanks for a great week! (note: there was a comment about needing a larger hot water heater... there's a 66 gallon hot water heater in the home which is typically more than sufficient for a 3br home. Not sure if they timed showers during laundry or what, but have not gotten any other comments like that...)

We loved the location and the architecture and the comfort of the house! Wonderfully comfy beds and so quiet! The neighborhood is so pretty and it has a few pubs we enjoyed a few times...
We made great use of the free 'circulator' buses and the $10 water taxi. Had a great meal at "One Eyed Mikes" in Fells Point on S. Bond St. Really enjoyed American Visionary Arts Museum too.
And of course, a Red Sox victory at Camden Yards! It just doesn't get much better! Another great mother daughter trip for the scrap book.

Stayed here for a week as we were here to attend a relatives wedding. Loved the house...it had everything we needed and more. Great location too...we enjoyed visiting the Inner Harbor, recommend the water taxi for $10 all day to take you around to various areas. Fells Point is a lovely area with great pubs and restaurants. Visited Camden Yards on a 1.5 hour tour, great fun. Also very easy to get to Washington DC by train from Camden Yards...$7 one way and about an hour. Fabulous!

We spent the last 4 days here and had such a great time. Baltimore is a great city, we'll definitely be back. This house is amazing and was the perfect setting for our girls' weekend!
