Bedrooms [627 S. Paca St]
There are 3 bedrooms.
One on the 3rd floor (13x29). One on the 2nd floor(13x29) and One in the basement (13x13). Each bedroom has a QUEEN bed (so there are a total of 3 QUEEN beds). The bedroom on the second floor has a futon in it that also converts to a queen bed. When the futon is pulled out, this room still lives larger than most hotel rooms. (picture with blue duvet is 2nd floor bedroom with futon) This house is a 'loft' style. The basement is a private suite, both visually and audibly private. The bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor are visually private, but it is open such that noise from below can carry into these bedrooms. |
Bathrooms [627 S. Paca St]
There are 2.5 bathrooms. The first full bathroom (5x9) is in the basement off the basement bedroom, so this makes for a private suite. The second full bathroom (9x27) is in the rear part of the 2nd floor. Its about a 20' walk from the 2nd floor bedroom, over the catwalk to the bathroom. The shower in this bathroom serves the second and third floor. The half bath is on the 3rd floor off the bedroom. (not shown)
Parking [627 S. Paca St]
The home has one off street parking space behind the property. The spot is 14' wide x 23' deep, and can accommodate every typical non-commercial vehicle including large passenger vans and large SUV's. I also have a visitors permit that may be used for a second vehicle, but you'll have to sign over your first born if anything happens to it!!! It's like gold, and if lost, it can only be replaced at our renewals which happen only one time per year. Parking with the visitors pass is always plentiful (we have a very unique parking situation in this part of the neighborhood, and it's one of the largest reasons I purchased here years ago).
Front [627 S. Paca St]
The Back [627 S. Paca St]
The umbrella and the parking pad is 627 S. Paca. The upper deck on the right and the building on right next to the parking pad is 625 S. Paca St (and that was all sold as of July 2018).
The lower deck and the left half of the building is 627 S. Paca St.
