With your inquiry, please let me know the following:

1. Your full name
2. The City and State of your current primary residence
3. Start and End dates for lease as well as start and end dates for work. 
4. What Hospital(s) / School(s)  are expecting to be working at?
5. Have you worked in Baltimore before and/or do you know the city?
6. Do you have a car or will you rent  one?  (Zipcars in neighborhood)  
7. Please confirm your credit score is over 680
8. Please share anything else you feel is relevant that we may need to discuss...
