This home was sold in July 2017. I just have this page here for scrap booking reasons.
625 S. Paca St, Baltimore MD 21230
Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms. One in the basement (13x13), one on the 1st floor rear (9x24) and one on the 3rd floor (13x14). Each bedroom has a QUEEN bed (so there are a total of 3 QUEEN beds). There is also a very large den on the first floor in the front (14x30) with a queen size pull out futon, which makes for a fourth queen bed. That den has a curtain that makes it visibly private. The sofas in this home are NOT futons, so this is all I have for formal sleeping. There is floor space to accommodate blow up beds or sleeping bags for kids if needed.
This house is a 'loft' style. The basement suite and the first floor suite are both visually and audibly private. The master suite on the 3rd floor is visually private, but the sound from the living room on the 2nd floor can be heard since there are no major walls in the 3rd floor loft.

Bathrooms
There are 3 bathrooms. The first full bathroom (5x9) is in the basement off the basement bedroom, with access from the hallway as well. So this makes for a private suite, but also acts as a bathroom for the den on the first floor. The second full bathroom (7x9) is in the rear part of the 1st floor and this is the private bath for the rear bedroom. The third full bath is in the third floor loft, but it also serves as the bathroom for the 2nd floor, which is the primary living area and kitchen.
Parking
The home has one off street parking space in a garage behind the property. The spot is 14' wide x 28' deep. It can accommodate mid size and full size vehicles, but it's just a little challenging since you are entering off an alley.
I also have a visitors permit that may be used for a second vehicle, but you'll have to sign over your first born if anything happens to it!!! It's like gold, and if lost, it can only be replaced at our renewals which happen only one time per year. Parking with the visitors pass is always plentiful (we have a very unique parking situation in this part of the neighborhood, and it's one of the largest reasons I purchased here years ago).

The Front
625 S. Paca is the white door in the middle and 627 S. Paca St. is the white door on the right.
the back
The umbrella and the parking pad is 627 S. Paca, and the upper deck on the right and the garage on right is 625 S. Paca St. The photo on the left is an older photo and the one on the right is more current. It's hard to see but in the pic on the right the shared gate leading to the backyards is open.
The back yards are shared between the two homes and the garage is a shared resource for trash and bag staging.
